between two curves

We already know how to find the area underneath a curve, but this is REALLY
the area between the function y=f(x) and y=0:

Thus it makes sense that to find the area between two curves, the formula is:

(also think of top area minus bottom area)
Make sure that you pick the correct axis to use!

We'll almost always be able to use first case (dx) since we deal in functions!
Steps: 1) Determine where the two curves meet
2) Set up integral(s)
3) Integrate!
4) Make sure each section has a positive area!

Watch out for more than one intersection point!
