Elevating the Student Experience on Day of Giving - Nov. 19

OFFICE OF THE HEAD OF SCHOOL

Dear Wellington Community,

I am continually inspired by our community’s generosity and the incredible impact it has on our students and educators. Your philanthropic support is not just a gift — as head of school, I see participation in The Wellington Fund as a visible expression of the community’s belief in the quality of a Wellington education and a vote of confidence in our school’s mission and future.

That is why I am excited to announce The Wellington Fund Day of Giving on Tuesday, November 19. On this special day, we can elevate the student experience and shape the future of our school — together. Your contribution will help us continue to fuel our mission in several key areas:

  • Civic Engagement: Your support ensures that all students benefit from transformative programs like Model UN and Ohio Youth in Government, preparing them to be informed, active, and responsible citizens. It will also support ongoing professional development for our educators.
  • Athletic Training Room and Middle School Locker Rooms: With 80% of our students participating in athletics, your gift can help us convert unused spaces into locker rooms and create a state-of-the-art training room that empowers our athletes to succeed both on and off the field.
  • Tuition Assistance: Our tuition assistance program supports accessibility and opportunities for more students to benefit from a Wellington education.
  • General Mission Support: Our commitment to innovation and adaptability requires flexibility. By directing funds where they are most needed, we can respond swiftly to ever-changing opportunities and unforeseen challenges.

Each gift, no matter the size, has a direct and powerful impact on our students and educators and helps us continue to offer an extraordinary educational experience. I encourage you to make your gift your way by visiting wellington.org/wellingtonfund and choosing the area that speaks to you.

Thanks for all you do for Wellington, and...Go, Jags!
