For 2024, the Wellington Summer Program will be open to all families, including those not currently enrolled at Wellington during the school year!
Yes. Payment in full is required at the time of registration.
A full refund, minus a cancellation fee ($50 per full-day and $25 per half-day class), will be given if you cancel a class for any reason prior to June 1 at midnight. After that date, we cannot issue refunds unless a program is cancelled.
For Summer 2024, we will offer a full slate of half-day programs, with morning and afternoon sessions. Most weeks, it's possible to register for a separate morning and afternoon class to build a full day of care.
Lunch will be provided at no additional cost for all students registered for full-day programs or students who are attending a combination of morning and afternoon half-day programs. This will include a variety of kid-friendly foods and snacks prepared by Wellington's dining service, Aladdin Food Management Separate. Lunch registration is not necessary. Lunch will not be provided for students registered for only a morning or afternoon half-day program. Students who have dietary restrictions must bring lunch from home, as our summer food service does not have the same flexibility or options as typical school year offerings.
Aftercare will be available from 3:45-6 p.m. for a flat rate per week for students who are registered for full-day programs or afternoon half-day programs. We cannot accept daily drop-ins.
