The ceremony begins at 10 a.m.

This year's commencement ceremony will be held on Friday, June 3, at 10 a.m. outside in our back parking lot with a reception to follow. In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will take place later in the afternoon on Friday in the same location. We will make this decision before 8 a.m. on Friday, June 3.

Schedule of events

• 9 a.m. - Students arrive in cap and gown, Roberts Field
• 9:15 a.m. - Class photo, Roberts Field
• 9:15 a.m. - Back parking lot opens for families
• 9:45 a.m. - Students line up, US Hallway
• 10 a.m. - Ceremony begins
• 11 a.m. - Reception, Thomas Family Dining Room and patio

Each family is welcome to bring up to 10 guests to help celebrate their student. Printed tickets will not be distributed this year. Families may arrive between 9:15 and 9:45 a.m. in the front parking lot where they will park in any open space, check in, and walk to their assigned seating area in the back parking lot. Families will be assigned to a designated area of the parking lot (pre-assigned at random, so the timing of your arrival will not impact your location), which will include ten chairs.
