Upper school students in Trent Neely’s anatomy and physiology class took a hands-on approach to learning through a pig heart dissection. Designed as an introductory course for students interested in health, science, and education-related fields, the class explores the structure and function of major body systems. Using detailed diagrams and guided worksheets, students identified key heart structures and traced how blood moves through the body. The lab connected classroom study to real-world applications in medicine and human health.
