For the first time, Wellington is participating in Classroom Champions, a program that empowers students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally through mentorship from world-class athletes. Today, Ms. Szabo and Mrs. Watts’ 3rd grade classes were paired with Dani Aravich, a two-time U.S. Paralympian who has competed in both the Summer and Winter Games. Students welcomed Dani with personalized signs and look forward to connecting with her one-on-one later this year—an experience that reflects Wellington’s mission to inspire growth and confidence in every child.
