Information for Admissions Representatives

At Wellington, we shape those who will help shape the world. We welcome curiosity, cultivate passion, and embrace diversity of thought, experience, and personal identity. We invite you to learn more about our unique curriculum comprised of advanced coursework, research opportunities, and interdisciplinary seminar-style trimester courses.

We welcome college visitors to Wellington beginning in September of each school year. On most days, visits can be scheduled between 8:50am and 2:50pm. While we hope to see you in person this fall, we are also happy to schedule virtual meetings.

Please schedule a visit below and contact Emily Berty, associate director of college counseling, if you have any questions.

Schedule a visit

In addition to our traditional admissions visits, we invite admissions officers to join Wellington's Guest Speaker Series, sponsored by our College Counseling student club. These informal conversations complement the official high school visit by providing students from all grade levels with general information about the college search and transition to post-secondary pursuits, including experiences in a variety of settings. These sessions take place from 1:40-2:10 p.m. If you are interested in participating, please contact Emily Berty.

Our campus is located on the east side of Reed Road, just north of the intersection of Reed Road and Fishinger Road. From the main entrance to our campus, make your first right and follow the drive to our visitor parking lot. Please enter through the rotunda entrance and register at the front desk. The College Counseling Office is located in the Upper School and College Counseling Suite, accessible using the stairs to your right once you enter the school past the rotunda welcome desk.

Wellington is centrally located, just north of downtown Columbus. Our campus is located within five miles of the following schools: Upper Arlington High School, Metro Early College High School, Bishop Watterson High School, Centennial High School, Whetstone High School, and Grandview Heights High School.
